Really glad that we chose this team for our office move!
Our relocation was a little more complicated as we had to move out of our old office first, store all our furniture and belongings with them for about 2 months, and then move everything into our new office. I was naturally a little worried about coordinating everything, but they made the whole process surprisingly smooth for me.
The team was very fast, organised and experienced. They knew exactly what they were doing, especially when it came to dismantling and reassembling our office furniture. Everything was put back together correctly and quickly, and our items came back from storage in good condition.
What I appreciated most was how easy they were to work with. They were familiar with the paperwork and requirements from building management and handled everything promptly. I also had a very specific timing that I needed them to start the move, and they were very accommodating about it.
I also really liked that they use new boxes instead of reusing old ones for hygiene reasons. It may seem like a small thing, but receiving clean, sturdy boxes without old labels or worn-out cartons made the packing process so much nicer.
From moving out, to storage, and finally moving into our new office, they took good care of everything and gave me one less thing to worry about during a very busy period.
A big thank you to the whole team especially Algene, Haoyang & Jimmy for making our office move so much easier and smoother than I expected. Really appreciate all the help and would happily recommend them to anyone planning an office move or needing temporary storage!
